MNG and JNG images

Greg will link more inline images eventually, but for now this page primarily consists of links to other locations with images. Note that there are at least four methods in use for referring to MNG or JNG images: native (i.e., using the IMG tag), plug-in (i.e., using EMBED or OBJECT), Java applet (i.e., using APPLET and an explicit reference to a particular Java viewer), and anchor (i.e., using A HREF, either explicitly or via an ftp directory listing).
